What Qualifies?

We accept requests only under the following conditions:

1. Size Exchange

• Wrong fit? We’ve got you.
  
• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery
  
• A ₹100 fee applies
  
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  

2. Damaged / Wrong Product / Defect

If something’s off, we fix it.

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
  
• Share clear photos or unboxing video proof
  
• You can choose:
  
  
  Replacement
  
  
  Store credit (if item is unavailable)
  
  
  

Important Conditions

• Items must be in original condition with tags & packaging
  
• Used or washed items will not be accepted
  
• No cancellations after shipping
  
• No refunds to bank/payment methods store credit only
  

How the Exchange Works

Once your request is approved:

• Our delivery partner will contact you for pickup
  
• A quick quality check will be done at pickup
  
• After approval, your replacement will be processed
  

Timelines

• Standard exchanges: 7–10 business days
  
• If your size is out of stock:
  
  
  We’ll arrange it for you
  
  
  It may take slightly longer (worth the wait)

We operate on limited inventory drops.

So if your requested size isn’t available instantly, don’t stress, we’ll still complete your exchange, it’ll just take a bit more time.
