Refund & Exchange Policy – ZANFIITH
At ZANFIITH, we aim to deliver premium-quality apparel and a smooth shopping experience.
To keep things transparent and hassle-free, here’s a clear breakdown of how our Refund & Exchange process works.
1. General Overview

We do not accept returns once an order is placed, except in cases involving damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect deliveries.

Refunds are not provided to original payment methods.

Any approved compensation will be issued as store credit only.
2. Eligibility for Exchanges or Replacements
Your request will be considered valid only if it meets the following requirements:
Condition of Product

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, or tampering will not qualify.
Reporting Timeframe

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Proof of Issue

All claims must include clear photos or a video, preferably recorded during unboxing, showing the exact issue.
Exclusions
- Cancellation is not possible once an order has been shipped.
3. Situations Covered Under This Policy
a. Damage During Delivery
If your item arrived damaged:

Email us within 48 hours with unboxing photos/videos.

Once verified, you may choose between:

A replacement of the same product
-
Store credit equivalent to the item price

b. Wrong Product / Wrong Size Received
If you received an incorrect item or size:

Share proof within 48 hours of delivery.

After approval, we will:

Arrange a replacement for the correct item, or
-
Issue store credit if the correct variant is unavailable

c. Size Exchanges (Customer-Requested)
If the size doesn’t fit you:

You may request a size exchange only, provided the item meets all condition requirements.

A flat ₹100 courier fee applies.

Once approved, the replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days.
d. Manufacturing Defects
If your product has a factory defect:

Report it within 48 hours with clear visual proof.

Upon approval, you may opt for:

A replacement, or
-
Store credit if the product is out of stock

4. Refunds

We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods.

If a return is approved under special cases, the refund will be issued as store credit with no expiry.
5. How to Raise a Claim
To request an exchange or replacement:

Mandatory unboxing photos/videos

Submit your claim within the required timeframe:

48 hours for damaged/incorrect/defective items

Within 7 days for size exchanges

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
6. Additional Notes
Shipping

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, except in cases where we made an error (damage, defect, wrong item).
Multiple Issues

Each issue in an order must be reported separately within the applicable timeframe.
Non-Compliance

If an item fails to meet the eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
